About Beth
Beth is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and obtained a Masters of Education, Health and Physical Education from the College of New Jersey.

Beth is now a Postural Restoration Institute PRT!!  She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. (CSCS), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Trained (DNSET), Certified CHEK Practitioner (Level 1 and Golf Biomechanic) and Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment practitioner (Erik Dalton Freedom From Pain Institute).

A Postural Restoration Trained professional insures that your respiration, pelvic position and left and right side work together to optimize your performance. On the inside we are not symmetrical and our preparation for activity or competition needs to honor this.

An NSCA-CSCS applies scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention. Recognizing that their area of expertise is separate and distinct, CSCSs consult with and refer athletes to other professionals when appropriate.
